Len is Vice President of Program Management and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering of Chassix, a position he has held since May 2017. He leads the global program management and manufacturing engineering departments, in addition to the corporate quality department as of September 2017. Prior to this role, Len served as senior director of program management of Chassix. In 2006, Len joined Diversified Machine, a predecessor company of Chassix, where he held manufacturing engineering and program management leadership roles. He started his career as an engineering co-op student and eventually as a senior manufacturing engineer at CMI, a company that specialized in the design and manufacture of cast and machined suspension components. Len worked at CMI for over 11 years before joining Diversified Machine. Len earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute in Flint, Michigan.
