Kelly is Vice President of Finance of Chassix, responsible for oversight of corporate finance, tax and treasury, investor/creditor reporting and relations. Kelly has over 30 years of financial and accounting experience; the majority of which is within the automotive industry. Prior to joining Chassix, Kelly joined Diversified Machine, a predecessor of Chassix, as their director of finance in 2006. With the creation of Chassix, she was promoted to corporate controller in 2012. Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
